- PIC failed to insure that facility has the proper supplies to respond to a diarrheal or fecal event. CA: Informed PIC that supplies must be obtained as soon as possible for bodily fluid clean-up. Correct By: 09/03/2018.
- Observed encrusted food on tomato and lettuce slicers. CA: Pointed out to PIC and slicers were removed for cleaning.
- Observed potentially hazardous food (cheese, eggs, sausage, lettuce, pork patty) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. CA: PIC discarded food items, work order was placed to fix cooler.
