String of Arsons at Hispanic Grocery Being Investigated
Investigators are searching for suspects after a string of increasingly brazen arson attempts at a Hispanic grocery store in Lawrenceville.
Three fires have been intentionally set at La Jalisco Super Carniceria, on Buford Drive, since the beginning of May, Gwinnett County Fire & Emergency Services spokesman Capt. Tommy Rutledge said. Atlanta Airport Has New Policy on Concealed Carry Weapons
The U.S. Attorney's Office is reiterating that anyone caught carrying a concealed weapon through Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport security is subject to arrest, jail time and a fine of up to $100,000.
"The number of firearms found each year in the security screening areas at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport has exceeded 100 in recent years, with 63 firearms already recovered so far in 2016," according to a statement from U.S. Attorney John Horn. >>> Read more.
