KIPP Metro Atlanta Breaks Ground on their 1st Elementary School on Tues. June 5th

After a long wait and a few rounds of funding, it is now time for the groundbreaking of KIPP's first elementary school, KIPP Strive Primary.

The location will be on the campus of the current KIPP Strive Academy in Southwest Atlanta.  Thanks to a $5 million challenge grant issued by one of their greatest advocates, the Kendeda Fund, KIPP was able to leverage this support and raise the remaining funds required to construct the facility on the campus of KIPP STRIVE Academy Middle School.

Details: KIPP Strive Primary will be breaking ground on Tuesday, June 5th at 9am. This will kickoff the start of a $10+ million dollar project to construct the new KIPP Strive Primary school building adjacent to the existing KIPP Strive Academy.
