Overnight Murder on Sylvan Road, SW
Man was shot and killed just before Tuesday at midnight.
According to a CBS report a man was shot and found in the middle of the street in Southwest Atlanta.
CBS states that, "Atlanta Police Captain Adam Lee III said a young man was shot at least once on Astor Avenue just before midnight Tuesday."
The victim died after being taken to Grady Hospital, and the case is being investigated by homicide.
