SW Atlanta Gay Beating Suspects Sentenced to 5 years

The AJC is reporting that 3 out of 4 suspects in the gay beating of Brandon White outside a local corner store, were sentenced by a judge to 5 years in jail and 5 years probation.

"Y'all are the ultimate bullies, and you bullied somebody and you hurt him," Fulton County Superior Court Judge Jackson Bedford told the defendants. "To me there is no question you did it because of his sexual orientation."

The 3 men apologized in court while the victim, Brandon White, looked on.

A fourth subject, the person that videotaped the incident, is still at large.
