Still need more information before going into the voter;s booth on July 31st?  Well visit the Candidate Forum and Meet and Greet tonight at Mount Ephraim Baptist Church, located at 1202 West Marietta Street, 30318.

The Atlanta Branch of the NAACP in conjunction with the Georgia Association of Black Female Attorneys in preparation for the July 31st election will host a Candidate Forum/Meet and Greet for the Metro Atlanta community from 6-9pm on Thursday, July 19th.

“It is our intent to continue to strengthen the power of the educated voter,” said the Reverend Joseph Flint, Chair of the Branches voter empowerment committee and member of the Executive Committee.

All candidates who are seeking public office have been invited to attend. Candidates who have confirmed their participation include the office of John Lewis; Michael Johnson; Ralph Long III; Pat Gardner; Ken Britt; Keisha Waites; Kip Carr; Bennie Crane; Donzella James; Benjamin Brooks; Melynee Leftridge; Clarence Johnson; Jane Morrison; Carmen Smith; Rashad Taylor; Able Mable Thomas and John Esteves.
