Vacant Spaces: What Should Go Here?

I know you can tell what this building once was, but what do you think should go there now?

The design is just right for a great drive-thru business.  One thing that I miss is a good drive-thru soul food restaurant, or a drive-thru ice cream shop.

The location is in the 3500 block of Martin Luther King, near the new There is a somewhat vibrant shopping center across the street, and there is plenty of vehicle traffic in front of it.

What do you think should go here?  What is missing from the Adamsville area that we desperately need?
