Vacant Spaces: What Should Go Here?

3052 Martin Luther King is the location of the Westridge Shopping Center and houses a grocery store, clothing stores, a few offices and more.

The vacant space could almost be the centerpoint and flagship shop of this shopping center because of its sheer size.  From the outside, it looks like a perfect space for a clothing store or Target, or maybe even a discount women's shoe store.

What do you think should go here?  What is missing from the MLK area, a few blocks from the Holmes MARTA station, that we desperately need?
