Georgia Beer Day Features 70 Breweries Across The State: Is Your Favorite On The List?

GEORGIA — Craft beer lovers, this one's for you. Georgia Craft Brewers Guild's annual Georgia Beer Day is back on Saturday, and 70 breweries across the state are ready to serve their one-of-a-kind beers in honor of the unofficial holiday.

The annual celebration, which benefits the GCBG's member breweries, highlights Georgia's vibrant craft beer industry. All 70 breweries — an increase from last year's 50 participating breweries — will sell a limited edition, full-color collector's pint glass.

The breweries and Boelter Glassware are teaming up to donate $1 from the sale of each pint glass back to the guild to raise awareness and money for Georgia's craft beer industry.

Designed by artist Ali Lamoureux, the theme of the 2022 commemorative glass is "From the Blue Ridge Mountains to Driftwood Beach," two of the state's most recognizable naturescapes.

Each participating brewery has the freedom to choose how they celebrate Georgia Beer Day, so check your favorite brewery's website or social media pages to see what they're planning.
