  1. A New Georgia Environmental Enforcement Order was published yesterday, Oct. 31, for the Douglasville-Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (DDCWSA). There were 99 permit limit violations at Sweetwater Creek and Rebel Trail WPCP. A Corrective Action Plan must be submitted, violations resolved, and a settlement of $60,742 paid.   2. There will be a public open house regarding the Douglasville Town Center Implementation Strategy this Thursday, Nov. 3, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Douglasville Conference Center. There will also be a pop-up booth tomorrow, Nov. 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at O'Neal Plaza. Residents are invited to share their thoughts on how to improve the Douglasville Town Center.
