  1. The family of LaDunna A. Griggs, a 22-year-old from Douglasville who suffered fatal gunshot wounds on Oct. 19 while visiting Saginaw, has offered a reward for information leading to an arrest.   • Last week, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic Unit (H.E.A.T) and the Douglasville Police Department partnered with the Governor's Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) Thunder Task Force and other local agencies to make Douglas County roadways safer. During the three-day event, officers concentrated on distracted driving, seat belt violations, suspended licenses, child safety seats, speeding, and driving under the influence (DUI).
