Join Police Tonight At Hunter Park For National Night Out

Douglas County Sheriff's deputies and Douglasville Police officers will be throwing a bash with hotdogs and hamburgers tonight.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA – Join the Douglas County Sheriff's Office and Douglasville Police tonight at Hunter Park as they invite the community to "America's Night Out Against Crime."

Agencies nation-wide are coming out participating to heighten crime and drug awareness; generate support for and participation in local anticrime efforts; strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; sending a message to criminals, letting them know neighborhoods are organized, and fighting back.

There will be hamburgers, hotdogs, bounce house and balloons for the kids, informational booths, give-away items, touch-a-truck, music and more.

The night out will begin at 5 p.m. and end at 8 p.m. Hunter Park is located at 8830 Gurley Road.
