Up-Skirt Videos Shot At Walmart, Man Arrested: Police

A man shooting "up-skirt" videos at Walmart has been charged with stalking and unlawful surveillance, according to Villa Rica Police.

VILLA RICA, GA – A man who was allegedly shooting "up-skirt" videos was arrested and charged with stalking and unlawful surveillance on Wednesday, according to Villa Rica Police.

Daniel Casey Ward, 31, of Temple, was identified as the person following a woman through a Walmart store on July 24, and taking video using his cell phone, according to authorities. Ward was taken to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.

During the investigation Sgt. Brian Finley, with help from Walmart employees, gathered evidence that showed Casey used his cell phone to video women, who were wearing dresses, by placing his phone under their skirts.

The Villa Rica Police Department is asking that any women who were at Walmart on July 24, between 8 and 9:30 p.m., and were wearing a dress, contact Sgt. Brian Finley at (678) 840-1314. Police believe there is an additional unidentified victim.
