Petco in Duluth is trying to find homes for more than 150 animals during the Home-a-Thon Adoption Event Saturday, Nov. 3, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The last time this event was hosted 20% of the animals were adopted out, so this year Petco hopes to achieve 30 percent.
Homeless pets will be in attendance from local animal shelters and rescue organizations like Save-a-litter, Ginny Millner Foundation, Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, FurKids Inc, Colbert Veterinary, Bullseye Rescue, and Adopt a Greyhound Atlanta.

The Duluth Petco is located at 2131 Pleasant Hill Road.
