There will be a sea of foam bubbles on the Duluth Town Green tiers in which children, and adults, too, can play Friday and Saturday, July 19 and 20. The frothy bubbles are hypoallergenic, non-toxic and biodegradable. The city of Duluth is hosting this fun event for the first time. Bubble hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Come frolic in the bubbles!
