'Despicable Me' to be Shown on Huge Screen at 'Flicks on the Bricks'

Take the kids to the Duluth Town Green tonight for some fun before school starts next week. Starting at 4 p.m. there will be inflatables, face-painting and a "Flicks on the Bricks" showing of the movie “Despicable Me” at dark. School supplies for needy students will be collected.  

The GON Outdoor Blast runs Friday through Sunday at Gwinnett Center. Tim Guerney of Duck Dynasty will be attending the exhibit of hunting supplies, archery equipment, camo and more. 

The Hudgens Prize Finalists Exhibit continues at the Hudgens Center for the Arts. The winner and $50,000 prizr will be announced in a ceremony Aug. 10.
