Duluth-Based Companies in Fall Atlanta Home Show

Hundreds of companies showcasing products and services Sept. 23-24 at Cobb Galleria Centre.

Several Duluth-based companies will showcase their products and services at the 28th annual Fall Atlanta Home Show Friday-Sunday, Sept. 23-25, at the Cobb Galleria Centre. 

They join hundreds of local home improvement companies participating in the show and offering ideas to beautify a home for sale or remodel a current residence.

Show hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and noon-6 p.m. Sunday. The Fall Atlanta Home Show is presented by SEMCO Productions.

Duluth participants include Dixie Plywood and Lumber Co., Juice Plus, the Trusted Toolbox-Home Repairs, Innovative Outdoors LLC, Signature Entries, Pella Window & Door Co., and Georgia Solar Lighting by the Sunshine Boys.

John Gidding, architect, interior designer and host of HGTV’s "Curb Appeal: The Block” and “Designed to Sell,” will present “Behind-the-Scenes Secrets and Real Life Tips from HGTV’s Curb Appeal: The Block” on the Hometalk Home Show Stage Saturday at 1 and 3 p.m. A full roster of speakers will appear on the Hometalk Home Show Stage each day of the show.   • New this year will be “The Ultimate Indoor/Outdoor Man Cave” featuring a home theater, pool and poker tables, custom wine cellar, fire pit, spa, outdoor kitchen, putting green, water feature and more. 
  • Another exhibit making its debut at the Fall Atlanta Home Show is the Southeast Green Pavilion, a 1,000-square-foot exhibit showcasing non-profits, government agencies and businesses offering environmental services and products.
  • The Cobb County Fire Department will bring back the popular interactive Fire Safety House. Total Wine & More will once again offer a wine tasting for adults benefitting Travelers Aid of Metro Atlanta. 
  • One of the most popular exhibits each year is the “See-Thru” House, expanded for the fall show and presented and staffed by the experts of ConsultAHomePro.com. The show will include children’s activities as well as demonstrations and seminars every day.

“Many homeowners are looking for innovative ideas to help their homes stand out to potential buyers. At the same time, others are taking advantage of competitive costs to remodel or expand their existing homes, as well as looking for new, energy-saving home improvement ideas,” said Michael Schoppenhorst, director of the Atlanta Home Show, in a press release issued about the fall show. “The Fall Atlanta Home Show gives people a chance to talk to the experts in person, see and experience the latest products, and comparison shop, all under one roof.”

Sponsors and promotional partners include hometalk.com, Window World, National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Total Wine & More, PMC Building Materials, Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation, Cobb County Fire Department, and ConsultAHomePro.com.

Tickets to the Fall Atlanta Home Show are $10 for adults and may be purchased at the show’s entrance. Children age 12 and under and adults age 65 and older are admitted free. Military personnel and first responders receive a free ticket with the purchase of one adult ticket. 

Realtors and members of the Atlanta Housing Industry will be admitted for free (with business card) on Friday, sponsored by PMC Building Materials. Hometalk.com members also receive free admission.
