More Stuff Happening in Historic Downtown Duluth
Former Sensibly Chic space available for rent. Peace, Love & Decorating boutique and State Farm agency moving to Main Street in Duluth.

There’s more stuff happening in downtown Duluth.
A “For Rent” sign has appeared on the building formerly occupied by the Sensibly Chic antiques and collectibles shop on Main Street. Owners Shelly Howard and David Cossette have dropped their plans to open a Tavern on Main pub.

While developing a business plan for the pub, they said figures indicated there would not be enough seating capacity to make it worthwhile. So the building located at 3131 Main St. is now available for rent.
The space formerly occupied by Annabellagio jewelry, accessories and clothing boutique at 3129 Main St. is being renovated into a home décor boutique and gift shop by Jennifer Cook and Jana Contardi, who plan to offer decorating services. They also operate online sites. The target grand opening date for Peace, Love & Decorating is May 3.

Terrie Needham has moved her online Annabellagio operation from the rear of that building to Mulberry Village in Braselton near Chateau Elan. Needham recently closed her Duluth shop to concentrate on her online site, which specializes in bridal and special occasion jewelry.
State Farm Insurance Agent Ann Bishoff is relocating her agency from Duluth Highway 120 to vacant space in the Mathias Building at 3150 Main St., Suite 102. The space is being built out to accommodate her business. A mid-May opening is anticipated in the new location.
