"Pulp Fashion" features wearable art fashioned from the pages of discarded books and magazines by staff teams from several branches of the library including the Duluth Branch. A popular exhibit last summer, this year’s exhibit includes 14 paper dresses and gowns. The imaginative creations, including accessories made out of paper, were modeled in a fashion show at Barefoot in the Park.
Also opening June 5 are “DRAWN: From Athens” and “Summer Sk8.” All four exhibits will remain on display through Aug. 25. There are several related programs and events scheduled in conjunction with the new exhibits.
