Everything is for sale at 50 percent off. Land is closing her shop July 24 or earlier if her merchandise sells out.  Land is closing the store because she "just wants to work freelance." She told Duluth Patch she plans to continue to live in Duluth and concentrate on event planning and floral design. In addition, Land is offering her services as a guide and consultant for buyers in the antique/vintage market. Land recently closed her shop in Decatur, AL, which she founded several years ago.
