Concern Arises Over Summer Concert Series

Plans for a seasonal concerts series have partially worked out. The Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce plans to present monthly music events at various locations starting in May, a Reporter Newspapers story said.

A concert series by the Dunwoody Homeowners Association is still in question. The DHA wants to organize concerts at Brook Run Park.

During the a Dunwoody City Council meeting on Feb. 25, Council members decided not to provide $10,000 for the DHA concert series. The Reporter Newspapers story said some members were concerned the concerts would takeaway from music events hosted by the Dunwoody Nature Center, this spring through the fall.
