Man Wanted for Credit Card Fraud: Dunwoody Police

Dunwoody police say criminal transaction totaled more than $1,300.

DUNWOODY, GA -- Police in Dunwoody are asking for the public's help in finding a man who they say defrauded a store at Perimeter Mall.

A man used a "fraudulently obtained credit card" when making a purchase, police said in a Facebook post Tuesday.

The man, who appears in a police photo to be on the phone, was able to swipe the card for a transaction in the amount of $1,385.65, police said.

The suspect is described as follows:

Age: 25-30 years old

Height: 5'08"-6'00"

Weight: 165-175 lbs

Markings: Tattoo on the right portion of his chest

Clothes: He is pictured wearing a tan fedora, a bright-colored pattern shirt and black pants.

Dunwoody police said the incident occurred on Nov. 18.

Law enforcement is urging anyone with information regarding this case or suspect, to please contact Dunwoody police or submit an anonymous tip.
