DUNWOODY, GA -- A prosecutor in the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office has resigned after being caught in a prostitution sting in Dunwoody, Patch has learned.

Assistant District Attorney Christopher Quinn, 46, of Alpharetta, had been charged with pandering and violation of Georgia's felony racketeering statute when he was arrested Jan. 17 after law enforcement agencies broke up two massive sex escort operations.

He was put on suspension with pay to deal with his legal troubles, but apparently it became too much.
