APS Redistricting Meetings Tonight

Atlanta Public Schools board members will be hosting demographic-capacity study listening forums for parents and community members on Tuesday, Dec. 13.

Board member Courtney English and SNAPPS will co-host a forum at Brown Middle School — 765 Peeples St. — from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The meeting is for parents of students at Carver, Douglass, Jackson, Tech and Washington high schools, as well as their feeder elementary and middle schools.

CINS will host the forum at Grady High School — 929 Charles Allen Dr. — with board members Cecily Harsch-Kinnane, Reuben McDaniel (vice chair) and Emmett Johnson from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This meeting is for parents of students at Grady High School, as well as its feeder elementary and middle schools, and any families from SRT-3.
