Hertz Offers $25K Reward as Police Investigate Shooting Death of Monique Marlowe
Monique Marlowe was shot while cleaning a car behind the Hertz Rental Car location at 3492 Satellite Blvd. in unincorporated Duluth.
Hertz has put up a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the shooting death of Monique Marlowe of Duluth, according to a media update issued by the Gwinnett Police Department.
Anyone with information on this case should contact Homicide Unit detectives at 770-513-5300.
The Gwinnett Police Department Homicide Unit is continuing to investigate the homicide, which occurred between 5 and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 21 at the Hertz Rent-A-Car located at 3492 Satellite Blvd. in unincorporated Duluth.

Marlowe, 24, was an employee of Hertz and was cleaning a car in the back of the business when she was killed. She was approached by a young black male wearing a light blue shirt. For unknown reasons, the suspect shot her once and immediately left the area.
She was transported to Gwinnett Medical Center, but was pronounced dead later.
