Lawrenceville Docket Book: January 10

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on January 10, 2013. Those arrested and their charges include:

Carlos Valdiviezo-Mateos, 3440 Water Vista Pkwy, was arrested and charged with impersonating an officer and disorderly conduct.

Gary Dewayne Sutton, 7 Ezzard St, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

James Edward Brown, 105 Jessamine Trl, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding.

Christopher Antwan Hughes, 569 Whitehall Ln, was arrested and charged with simple battery and interference with call for emergency assistance.

Charles Mardriquis Nash, 1049 Allison Woods Ct, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving.

John Alexander Goodwin, 1915 Silverstone Dr, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving.

Garrett Wesley Goodwin, 1530 Barclay Dr, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving.

Jamari Amir East, 509 Tree Creek Pkwy, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Samir Nakic, Apt N2 345 Stone Mountain St, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and VGCSA of C/S.

Polly Victoria Stephens, 919 Saint Marlowe Dr, was arrested and charged with battery.

Leon Mutry, 506 Southern Way, was arrested and charged with VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and VGCSA less than an ounce.

Pascual Guillermo Roque, 1356 Peninsula Trce, was arrested and charged with no license on person and violation of limited permit.

Brian Wesley Wallace, 905 Winder Hwy, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
