Lawrenceville Docket Book: January 17

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on January 17, 2013. Those arrested and their charges include:

Ryan Thomas Barnett, 256 Regal Drive, was arrested and charged with sale, distribution or possession of dangerous drugs, following too close and VGCSA of C/S.

Norborne Daniel McSween, 1808 Prospect Rd, was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, improper right turn and giving wrong signal.

Michael Martin Bostick, 5 Gloster Rd, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Devon Michael Williams, 327 Summer Ridge Ln, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Pedro Isaias Leal, 2730 Autumn Bluff Way, was arrested and charged with expired license, impeding the flow of traffic, obstruction law enforcement officer, hit and run-failure to stop & render aid, DUI - drugs/alcohol and interference with government property.

Ellevaeni Lozada Benitez, 951 Providence Way, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.

William Richard Anderson, 1581 Old Peachtree Rd, was arrested and charged with loitering or prowling and interference with government property.

Osvaldo Barron, 246 Ridge Dale Way, was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs/alcohol.

Terrence Jamal Williams, 77 Sandalwood Cir, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

Alecia Delores Farmer, 106 Cherry St, was arrested and charged with VGCSA schedule III and theft by shoplifting.

Gregory Jermaine Penn, 3245 Long Iron Dr, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children.

Tommy Cruz-Beltre, 1014 Sunny Field Ln, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and failure to maintain insurance.

David Hanceri, 744 Alcovy Forest Dr, was arrested and charged with no drivers license.

Christian Vasquez, 729 Stillwater Ln, was arrested and charged with murder.

Verdell Thomas, 204 Neal Blvd, was and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and motor vehicle must have two headlights.

Kenneth Dale Teets, 2283 Collins Hill Rd, was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and VGCSA of C/S.

Irving John Hall, 3404 Timbercreek Dr, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information, driving while license suspended/revoked and improper/erratic lane change.
