DUI, Battery and Statutory Rape in Latest Gwinnett County Docket

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Feb. 20 - March 1, 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

Feb. 20

• Shane Andre Sisco, of 4059 Savannah Ridge Court, Loganville was charged with violation of probation.
• Jessica Jewel Dulay, of 2929 Camp Mitchell Road, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Jordan Sebastian Langill, of 353 Wheat Berry Court, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.

Feb. 21

• Nicholas Alan Richardson, of 4001 Lake Carlton Road S., Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Eeon Wesley Fortune, of 2468 Johnson Road, Loganville was charged with violation of probation.

Feb. 22

• Maurice Martino Beechman, of 2945 Rosebud Road, Apt. 405, Loganville, was charged with new resident – 30 days to obtain license, disorderly conduct and hold for immigration.

Feb. 23

• Oscar Enrique Hernandez, of 207 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence – alcohol and improper erratic lane change.

Feb. 25

• Terrance Ricardo Ellis, of 4383 Beaver Tree St., Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Israel NMN Ramos-Hernandez of 5545 Forest Falls Dr., Loganville, was charged with new resident – 30 days to obtain license, failure to maintain lane and hold for immigration.
• Marshall Douglas Prince, of 522 Bradford Place Court, Loganville was charged with statutory rape.

Feb. 26

• Joel Douglas Altman, of 2051 Flowering Dr., Grayson, was charged with other offence.
• Ronald Warren Devore, of 8148 Floyd Drive, Loganville, was held for court.
• Sherry Lavette Cooper, of 3509 Brushey Ford Road, Loganville, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Shariyf Lamar Adams, of 3634 Rolling Meadows Way, Loganville, was charged with driving while license withdrawn, giving false name or information, driving without headlights, possession of less than 1 ouce of marijuana.
• Christopher David England, of Lot 40, 751 Athens Highway 78, Lot 40, Loganville, was charged with simple battery.

Feb. 28

• Marcus Kenneth Stewart, of 1511 Blue Sale Avenue, Grayson, was charged with driving while licence suspended.
• Stephanie Leanne Freeman, of 62 Grayson New Hope Road, Grayson, was held for another agency.
• Winfred Daryl Goins, of 1070 Burning Bush Dr., Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.

March 1

• Desiree Antionette Smith, of 554 Bradford Part Court, Loganville, was charged with battery.
• Johnny Harold Fenn, of 2732 Oakwood Drive, Loganville, was charged with suspended/revoked licence and improper lane change.
• Christopher David England, of Lot 40, 751 Athens Hwy 78 Lot 40, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Shez Rabsul Pohlel of 3259 Etchison Road, Loganville, was charged with DUI – alcohol.
• Alfredo Michael Campbell, of 1456 Annapolis Way, Grayson, was charged with less than an ounce of marijuana and violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, controlled substance.
