Graft to Host Harvest Dinner at Dillwood Farms
The Grayson restaurant's second annual feast will feature a cocktail hour, arugula, water buffalo short ribs, grilled shrimp and more.

Graft in Grayson will be hosting its second annual Harvest Dinner this Saturday (Oct. 12) at Dillwood Farms in Loganville.
The multi-course community-style meal includes french wines with local foods. Here's the menu:
-Warmed bread, olive oil + balsamic, fresh herbs
-Arugula, grilled peaches, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, mint leaves, black pepper, chestnut honey + orange vinaigrette
-Cracked wheat, sweet potato fingerlings, black olives, dinosaur kale, sweet + spicy toasted pecans, fresh herbs
-Water buffalo short ribs “ragout”, red onion marmalade
-Grilled shrimp, slow cooked cannellini beans with oregano, roasted garlic, lemon olive oil
-Selection of: braised kale + red onions + currants in red wine, peperonata, roasted hakurei turnips w/ rosemary, zephyr squash + apples + basil champagne vinaigrette
-Pear dessert w/ fresh berries, moscato
The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour and hors d'oeurves, and a personal tour of the farm with the farm managers.
