- A man has been arrested for the car crash which killed a Mill Creek High School student on Saturday. Kyle McDowell,21, was driving with 16-year-old Caitlyn Pollock when his vehicle hit the concrete barrier on Route 316. Pollock was killed in the crash; McDowell escaped with minor injuries. He could face charges of driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, and first-degree vehicular homicide. (WSB Atlanta)
