Man Dies From Gunshot Wounds Received In Drug-Related Incident
The Snellville man who died is one of three who were found shot Sunday on Beaver Ruin Road in unincorporated Lilburn.
GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — One of the men shot Sunday in Lilburn after an incident on Beaver Ruin Road has died of his injuries.
Julius Vance, 22, of Snellville, died of gunshot wounds, according to a statement from the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Vance was one of three men found shot Sunday night in unincorporated Lilburn. Gwinnett Police said that detectives believe the shootings were drug-related.

Gwinnett and Lilburn police officers found the first man with a gunshot wound to the abdomen in the area of 745 Beaver Ruin Road.
A second man who fled the scene by jumping into the bed of a pickup truck — with the driver unaware — was located near Burns Walk Court. Gwinnett Police and the Gwinnett County Fire Department found him with a gunshot wound to the chest.

A third man was found at a residence on Cliffglen Way with unspecified gunshot wounds.
The first two men were taken to Northside Gwinnett Hospital, and the third man was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital.
The condition of the other two men is unknown at this time.
The victims were believed to have arrived at the scene in one vehicle, according to Gwinnett Police. The suspects were seen fleeing in several vehicles.
