Copart, an online used and salvage auto auction business based in Loganville, is hiring for the following positions: 

Office manager — Responsible for leading the office team to provide excellent customer service and ensuring Copart processes are followed under the general supervision of the general manager and/or assistant general manager. Job duties include: 

  • Hiring, training, developing and supervising office staff
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the customer service, dispatch, billing and title processing functions
  • Handling escalated customer issues as needed
  • Providing direction to team regarding administrative duties and goals

Qualifications include two years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment and at least three years of administrative and customer service experience. Click here for more information and to apply.

Assistant general manager — Responsible for leading yard and office staff. Job duties include: 

  • Leading, training and developing team members
  • Managing day-to-day operations of high-volume business
  • Tracking and managing budgets
  • Providing hands-on support to team
