  1. The Duluth police are searching for a missing 13-year-old boy in Gwinnett County. Sean Joel Ayling was last seen on Sep. 21, at 3:15 p.m. on 2635 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth. He is described as a black male, 5′4 in height, weighing 80 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Police said he has ADHD and autism, and he may be seen traveling on foot.   2. According to Gwinnett County records, 47-year-old William Linn McCue and 38-year-old Carina Wisniewski McCue were indicted on Wednesday for three counts of felony murder, two of cruelty to children in the first, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment. Their 10-year-old daughter Zoe McCue died when Zoe's 15-year-old brother set fire to the family home in Loganville on Apr. 17. Authorities say the parents abused the children and created horrible living circumstances. (Law and Crime)
  3. A Gwinnett County jury convicted Emmanuel Rakestraw of breaking into the homes of several Asian restaurant owners and employees between March and June 2019. Rakestraw was found guilty of two counts of home invasion, three counts of burglary, two counts of armed robbery, and two counts of aggravated assault. (WSB TV)
  4. Gwinnett County is drafting its first-ever arts and creative economy master plan, named 'Create Gwinnett.'
