Several Local Residents Charged with Battery in Recent Gwinnett Docket

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period March 1 - 8, 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

March 3

• Marvin Marcelus McKenzie, of 600 Baymist Court, Loganville, was charged with battery and cruelty to children in the 3^rd degree.
• Juan Carlos Ortega Hernandez, of 415 Ryland Ave., Loganville, was charged with giving false name or information and failure to appear.
• Kenneth Earl Haynes, of 4460 Brookridge Dr., Loganville, was charged with no drivers license and was held for another agency.

March 4

• Jamar Rashad Madden, of 737 Weiver Falls Court, Loganville, was charged with violating his probation.
• David Bradbury, of 844 Langley View Court, Loganville, was charged with simple battery.

March 5

• Manuel De Jesus Guevara, of 4035 Hollow Spring Trial, Loganville, was held for court.
• Michael Andrew Mithcel, of 4307 Virgil Moon Crossing, Loganville, was charged with simple battery.
• Jason Thomas Lord, 2690 Pointcrest Way, Grayson, was held for court.

March 6

• Patrick Brian Chattin, of 535 Pittman Mill Court, Loganville, was charged with battery.
• Daniel Todd Haworth, of 535 Pittman Mill Court, Loganville, was charged with battery.
• Jason Joseph Tircuit, of 185 Tara Blvd., Loganville, was charged with driving while license withdrawn and expired or no license plate or decal.
• Artenimus Rayshun Mack, of 2017 Preserve Creek Way, Loganville, was held for court.

March 7

• Kinsley Leigh Cain, of 915 Mount McKinley Drive, Grayson, was charged with theft by taking.

March 8

• Christopher Matthew Call, of 3747 Youth Monroe Road, Lot 13B, Loganville, was charged with driver exercise due care, driving without license on person, failure to maintain lane and possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).
• Joseph Leonard Thompson, of 3496 Temple Ridge Court, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence (alcohol)
• Markell Victor Marr, of 4938 Rabbit Farm Road, Loganville, was charged with possession of drug related objects and violation of probation.
• Aaron James Burton, of 849 Natchez Valley Trace, Grayson, was charged with forgery in the 3^rd degree and less than an ounce of marijuana.
