- Bay Creek Middle School in Gwinnett County will be charging students who want to wear costumes on Halloween. According to an announcement on the school website, students must turn in a permission slip, as well as pay a cash-only fee, if they want to be allowed to dress up. Students were given a long list of rules regarding what would and would not be allowed for costumes, should they choose to pay the fee. The school has not disclosed what they intend to use the money for, but all payments are non-refundable. (WSB Atlanta)
