Woman Steals Police Car at Local Home Depot
A Snellville police officer was injured during the ordeal.

A woman has been accused of shoplifting, stealing a police car and running it into a pole, according to Fox.
The incident happened Friday afternoon at the Snellville Home Depot. Fox reported that the suspect was arrested for shoplifting and fought as she was being taken into custody. She hit her head against the cage in the patrol car, and somehow made her way into the front of the vehicle and took off with it.
She drove about 50 feet before crashing it into a pole, according to Fox. An unidentified officer was injured when his arm became pinned between the car and a concrete curb. He is currently in the hospital.
