2 Cobb County Teachers Died Of COVID-19 Thursday
Two Cobb County School District teachers died of COVID-19 on Thursday, hours apart from each other.
COBB COUNTY, GA — Two Cobb County School District teachers died of COVID-19 Thursday, hours apart from each other, according to WSB-TV.
District officials confirmed to WSB-TV's Cobb County Bureau Chief Chris Jose that Kemp Elementary School teacher Dana Johnson died Thursday of the coronavirus. She was hospitalized with the virus in early December.

Cynthia Lindsey, a paraprofessional with the district, also died Thursday afternoon, friends confirmed to Jose. Lindsey worked at Sedalia Park Elementary School.
