Unknown Man Wanted By Marietta Police, Accused Of Repeatedly Shooting Someone's Front Door

Marietta police need the public's help finding a man who they say drove to the same home three times over two days and shot the front door.

MARIETTA, GA — Marietta Police Department investigators are seeking the public's help identifying a man who is accused of shooting at a resident's front door several times over multiple days.

Police said an unknown man drove to a home in the Manning Road area and fired a gun at the front door on three separate occasions over two days late last week. There is no known motive as of Tuesday morning.

While no one has been injured in the incidents, police say the man "should be considered armed and dangerous."

Over all three incidents, the suspect was seen in an Adidas sweatshirt, gray shorts or pants and white shoes with a yellow bandana on his face. He was seen driving in an early 2000s Nissan Murano, possibly gray or green in color, according to MPD.

Police advise the public to avoid contacting him directly if they see him and instead call 911 or Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS (8477) with any information that could lead to his identification and/or arrest.
