Cobb Murder Suspect Surrenders To Police
Cordale Jefferson was wanted for the murder of Jack Myles over the weekend.

MARIETTA, GA -- A man wanted in connection with a Cobb County murder has turned himself in. Cordale Jefferson, 27, surrendered to police Tuesday afternoon. Jefferson was wanted in the murder of Jack Myles, 25, over this past weekend.
Police responded around 6:20 pm on Nov. 17, 2018, to reports of a person shot near the intersection of Austell and Pat Mell roads. They found Myles lying on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound. Myles was taken to Kennestone Hospital where he later died.
Police said video surveillance captured Jefferson just prior to the shooting. Jefferson is being charged with murder and aggravated assault.
