Cobb Schools Prepares First Virtual Hiring Fair For K-12 Teachers

COBB COUNTY, GA — Cobb Schools is looking for K-12 teachers for the 2021-22 school year, and you could be one of them.
The Cobb County School District is looking for K-12 educators through the district's first virtual hiring fair, scheduled for March 23-25, according to a Monday press release.
The fair will offer more than 750 new certified teaching positions at all levels of instruction over the district's 111 schools. The virtual job fair puts teacher candidates face-to-face with school administrators "in a relaxed and personal setting," giving applicants an opportunity to talk directly with administrators.

"All schools will be attending the hiring fair," said Amanda Shaw, the district's assistant director of employment, in the release. "So it's an ideal time for potential teachers to make a great first impression on principals."
Registration is open for the virtual job fair online through March 21.
