Marietta City Council Names 2 Members to City Panels
Steve Imler and Dorothy Woodruff got nods this week to be on historic boards.

MARIETTA, GA - The Marietta City Council added two new members to the Historic Preservation Commission and Historic Board of Review, the city announced Wednesday.
Steve Imler was appointed to a three-year term on the commission. He will represent Ward 1.
Dorothy Woodruff was chosen to serve on the Marietta Historic Board of Review for a two-year term.

The city's Historic Preservation Commission is entrusted with protecting Marietta's structures and establishments that have cultural and historical value.
The Marietta Historic Board of Review is a nine-member board tasked with preserving structures in the city's historic district.
