Marietta Sandwich Shop Robbed At Gunpoint, Police Say
A man accused of robbing a Marietta Subway at gunpoint and leaving with cash has been arrested in connection with multiple robberies.

MARIETTA, GA — Police are accusing a man of entering a Subway in Marietta and robbing the restaurant at gunpoint, leaving with an unknown amount of cash.
Marietta Police on Tuesday said Tracy Mingo Jr., 32, of College Park, has been accused in the Dec. 28, 2025 incident in the 1800 block of Cobb Parkway. When searching for him, they said he was considered to be "armed and dangerous."

He entered the restaurant around 8:15 p.m. with a handgun and threatened to shoot if the employees did not give him the money from the cash register, police said. He then fled the scene by foot, police said.
In an update, police said the FBI Violent Crime Squad arrested Mingo earlier this month in connection with other armed robberies in multiple cities.

The FBI Atlanta office said Mingo, who was arrested on Jan. 2, is connected at least 11 armed robberies across metro Atlanta and is facing charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, gun offenses and terroristic threats.
It is unknown when he will be extradited to Marietta.
