First, today's weather:

Here are the top three stories today in Marietta:

1. Cobb & Douglass Public Health will begin offering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for residents six months to five years of age. The vaccines will be given at its Marietta location on County Services Parkway. Walk-ins are welcome before 4:00 p.m. each day. (Cobb County Courier)
2. Marietta's Robert Morrison is still in the hospital while the Marietta Police Department searches for the individual that hit him with their car. Morrison was working outside his home on Saturday when he was struck on Wright Street. He is currently recovering from multiple broken bones and brain swelling. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department immediately. (CBS 46 News)
3. The Marietta City Council has approved a property tax decrease. The tax reduction was included in the fiscal year 2023 budget while ensuring that no services were reduced. The new budget starts on Jul. 1. The city has not raised the property tax level in 19 years. (Subscription: The Atlanta Journal Constitution)

• The Kiwanis Club of Marietta is hosting a Concert on the Square on Friday. The Catalinas will be performing beach music for the community at 8:00 p.m. (Kiwanis Club of Marietta (GA) via Facebook)
• The Marietta City Council's next meeting will be on Jun. 29 at 5:15 p.m. in the council's chamber at City Hall. Everyone is invited to attend or tune in virtually. (City of Marietta)
