  1. A multi-vehicle wreck on I-75 on Tuesday morning resulted in three children and three adults being sent to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. According to the Marietta Fire Department, the collision involved a semi-truck, a pick-up truck, a box truck, and two daycare buses. Around 20 people were impacted by the collision. The uninjured children and staff on the daycare buses were escorted back to the daycare where parents were reunited with their children. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
  2. Marietta Mayor Steve Tumlin is speaking out following a neo-Nazi rally on Saturday in front of an East Cobb synagogue. Tumlin is calling on state legislators to pass House Bill 30, which would bring antisemitic acts under the state's existing hate crime law. Tumlin also said that the city is drafting a statement to denounce the recent antisemitic rally. Saturday's rally was reportedly organized by the Goyim Defense League, a group that has been passing out antisemitic flyers in cities around the state, including in the Overlook at Marietta Country Club. 3. The City of Marietta is gearing up for the upcoming "4th in the Park" event. The festivities will include a parade, live music, arts and crafts, food, and fireworks. The parade will begin at 10:00 a.m., and the festival will begin at the same time in Glover Park. Click here to see the full event schedule. (City of Marietta, Ga. Government via Facebook)
