Teen Injured In Marietta Shooting
A teenage boy was found laying between two parked cars with gunshot wounds in a Marietta parking lot, police say.
MARIETTA, GA — A teenage boy suffering from gunshot wounds was found Saturday in a parking lot in the 500 block of Franklin Gateway, Marietta Police said Sunday.
Officers were dispatched around 10:15 p.m. to reports of multiple shots fired in the area. Police said they found the boy laying between two parked cars.
The boy had been hit by gunfire and was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, police said.

Evidence showed two people fired handguns in the parking lot, but no one had been arrested in connection with the case as of Sunday, police said.
It was not known if the boy was involved in a dispute or was randomly shot, police said. The boy's condition was not immediately known.
