Tickets for 'Dark Knight Rises' On Sale Now

Holy blockbuster, Batman!

When the "Dark Knight Rises" premieres Thursday night at midnight, it's basically a guarantee that it will break ticket sale records.

The third and reported final installment of director Christopher Nolan's Batman series starring Christian Bale as the Caped Crusader is expected to rake in more than $150 million in its opening weekend alone.

In other words, if you are set on seeing the movie this weekend, you might want to go ahead and buy your tickets now. In fact, as of July 1, 100,000 tickets were already presold.

Can't wait 'til midnight Thursday? Some theater chains, including Regal Cinemas and AMC, are capitalizing on the hype with early evening Batman marathons that include "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight" and culminate with the "Dark Knight Rises" premiere.

Late-night showtimes for "Dark Knight Rises" include: NCG Marietta Cinemas at 12:05 a.m., AMC Barrett Commons 24 in Kennesaw at 12:01 a.m., Park 12 Cobb Stadium Cinemas at 12:01 a.m. and 12:02 a.m. and Merchants Walk Stadium Cinema at 12:01 a.m.
