Academy Childcare Opens a Second Location in Bold Springs

Academy Childcare opened a second location, Bold Springs Academy Child Development Center, on Monday, July 22nd. The center is located at 1860 Bold Springs Road in Monroe and features newly remodelled classrooms and updated curriculum throughout according to 

“We are excited about our expansion into Walton County and the Monroe area.  Our mission is to provide a state-of-the-art center that promotes early education and exploration in a home-away-from-home atmosphere,” said Misty Durden.

Bold Springs Academy joins the Academy Childcare family which includes Rocky Branch Academy in Oconee County, Durden said, adding the following education opportunities both facilities offer.

• The Creative Curriculum®- a nationally recognized program that is built upon creating individual experiences for each child
• Sign Language- helps babies communicate before they can talk.
• Balanced and nutritious snacks and meals served to promote healthy eating habits
• Inclusive enrichment programs- offering every child an appropriate balance of movement, sports, nutrition, appreciation for the arts, and exposure to technology

• Summer Camp and School Break programs
