City Of Norcross: The City Is Launching A Brand New Notifications System In January 2022!

Reminder: The city is launching a brand new notifications system in January 2022. While we are able to transfer most subscriber data from our current systems, Norcross Police's Nixle platform unfortunately cannot. If you are a Nixle subscriber, you will need to subscribe to our new platform, CivicReady, at norcrossga.net/signup and select the Traffic and/or Emergency categories. If you were signed up for both city website alerts and Nixle alerts, you will already have an account from us transferring your website alert subscription, and just need to "Modify" your account to add the Traffic and/or Emergency categories. Please note, you will continue to receive notifications through Nixle until January 2022, and will be notified when we make the switch to the new platform.
