Convicted Molester Sentenced To Prison In Gwinnett: D.A.
A girl, 9, told a relative the man inappropriately touched her and threatened to hurt her if she disclosed the abuse, prosecutors say.
NORCROSS, GA β A man was recently sentenced to prison after a 9-year-old girl accused him of inappropriately touching her, leading to bodily pain, Gwinnett County prosecutors said Wednesday.
A Gwinnett County jury found Feliciano Albarran Real, 61, guilty of aggravated child molestation in connection with the January 2021 incident, the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office said.
The girl told a relative about the inappropriate touching and testified that Real said he "did not care about her age," prosecutors said. She said he threatened to hurt her if she disclosed the abuse to anyone, prosecutors said.

Real was sentenced to life, with 25 years to serve in prison, and must register as a lifetime child sex offender, prosecutors said.
βThis is despicable behavior, and we are grateful that the jury found this defendant guilty,β Gwinnett County District Attorney Patsy Austin-Gatson said in a news release. βWe pray that this victim and her family find justice and solace in this outcome, as we continue to work with them to provide resources to aid in her recovery.β
