Gas Station Robber Swipes Cash, 136 Cartons Of Cigs: Police

NORCROSS, GA -- Gwinnett County Police burglary detectives are in need of the public’s help in identifying a man who broke into the Shell Gas Station located at 4900 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in unincorporated Norcross.

On March 30 two vehicles were captured on surveillance video footage driving through the parking lot of the Shell Gas Station and parking in a concealed area.

The robber is seen carrying a black trash bag and pry bar. He walks toward the back of the Shell Gas Station. He then proceeds to damage exterior security cameras before forcing his way into the business through the front door. The man steals $1,000 in cash along with 136 cartons of cigarettes and caused approximately $2,000 in damages.

The man is described as of average height and build, black pants, black zip-hoodie, black gloves, black shoes, black mask, and large faced wristwatch with silver/black band.

Vehicle #1: Dark green passenger car (possibly Chevy Cruze), 4- door, factory features, and a concealed tag.

Vehicle #2: White Chevy or GMC extended cab pickup, black bed cover, silver rims, and after-market features.
